(Get to Freeway 10 towards Downtown LA)
Take the Freeway 110 NORTH 
Take the 6TH ST/9TH ST exit towards DOWNTOWN 
Continue on JAMES M WOOD BLVD
Turn Left on S FIGUEROA ST (it is one way, going North)
Get to the left lane of the street
Enter the parking entrance on Figueroa at the north end of the building

From the North
(Get to Freeway 101 SOUTH towards Downtown LA)
Take the Freeway 110 SOUTH 
Take the 4TH ST/6TH ST/3RD ST/WILSHIRE BLVD
Continue on W 6TH ST 
Turn Right on S FLOWER ST 
Turn Right on WILSHIRE BLVD 
Turn Right on S FIGUEROA ST (it is one way, going North)
Get to the left lane of the street
Enter the parking entrance on Figueroa at the north end of the building
